MHF Kitchen – Lamb Shawarma with Mejadara Rice and Baba Ganoush


Serves two.

Slow cooked shoulder of March House Farm lamb marinated in cumin, coriander, lemon, garlic, olive oil and slow cooked with aromatic rice.

We do not use nasty preservatives in our meal products so they are frozen before sale. They can be reheated from frozen, defrosted in a fridge before cooking or put straight into your freezer to be eaten when you are ready. Once defrosted you should consume within three days.
